But First (first of All) be a woman!
So, I did some digging and found out that a survey about emotional eating would be perfect for women aged 15-55+ in London.
We got 62 ladies to participate in our questionnaire called "Chewing Feelings." It had 12 questions about their eating habits and lifestyle
The Results
Why Women?
I decided to include the female population driven by my observation and interaction with female friends.
During conversations with my girlfriends a common point of discussion is how hard it is to eat right, stay healthy and find that balance. And then when I did my research, I found out that this is a common struggle for many women out there. So, I made the call to focus on that.
